It is a VR installation, which attempts to make a narrative which correlates the research approach in underwater biology, with in particular the first experiments in underwater photography developed by Louis Boutan in 1893 in Banyuls sur mer, and all research carried out by a CNRS (the national center for scientific research) team at the bottom of the Mediterranean abyss. The 360 ??film, is a meditative stroll that works like a visual enigma, inviting us to contemplate the mysteries of the underwater caves. The latter were carried out entirely by photogrammetry and underwater scanning technology; they therefore show a dreamlike landscape, fascinating but also extremely fragile.

The objective of the installation is to focus on the state of the Mediterranean basin, marked more by the migratory phenomenon, but also by the disappearance of certain ecosystems that civilization has not even discovered. But also marked by a freeze frame on the phenomenon of the advent of photography, in a time when images were not really acquired.
